Every design started with inspiration from the Holy Spirit, then translated through Hayley, our cofounder, lead designer, and boss mum, who creates each piece with intention, purpose, and heart. Once your order is placed, it is produced by our trusted third-party manufacturing partners using a made-to-order process. Your order is then carefully packaged and shipped directly to you!

All items are made to order. Production typically takes 5–7 business days before shipping. Once dispatched, standard shipping generally takes 5–7 business days within Australia, while international orders may take 15–25 business days. Occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Each item is printed specifically for you once your order is placed. This helps reduce waste, maintain quality, and ensure every garment receives individual attention during production.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Once production has begun, we may be unable to modify or cancel your order.

Yes! We ship to customers worldwide. International shipping times vary by location but generally take 15–25 business days after production is complete.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Any applicable duties or taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel's journey.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or with a printing error, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include photos of the issue. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

As all items are made to order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selections. Please carefully review our size guide before placing your order.

We recommend checking our size guide in each item description before placing your order. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

To preserve the print quality, we recommend washing inside out in cold water and avoiding tumble drying. Do not iron directly on the print.
