Commitment to Quality

At Kingdom Culture Apparel, we are committed to delivering high-quality garments. If you believe your order is faulty or incorrect, please review the policy below before submitting a return request.

Eligible Refunds & Replacements

Refunds or replacements may be offered for:

  • Faulty garments
  • Damaged items
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect printing caused by Kingdom Culture Apparel

To be eligible:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with original packaging where possible.
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, misuse, or damage caused after delivery will not be accepted.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds, exchanges, or replacements will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Minor colour variations between screen display and printed product
  • Supplier stock delays
  • Shipping or courier delays

Product Tolerances

Please note:

  • Garment measurements may vary by +/- 2.5cm.
  • Variations outside these tolerances may be considered faulty.


Payment of an order confirms acceptance of all approved proofs. Customers are responsible for confirming all garment selections, quantities, and shipping details before payment.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

How to Request a Return

To request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA), please email Kingdom Culture Apparel (info@kingdomculture.com.au) with your:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Date of purchase
  • Garment(s) being returned
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item and fault


Please allow up to 5 business days for your claim to be reviewed and processed.

Important Information

  • All approved items must be returned before a refund or replacement can be issued.
  • Returned items must be sent back within 14 days of RMA approval
  • All returns are subject to Kingdom Culture Apparel’s Terms & Conditions and Australian Consumer Law.

Order Information & Address Changes

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details, contact information, and order information are correct at checkout.
  • If you notice an error with your shipping address or order details, please contact Kingdom Culture Apparel within 24 hours of placing your order so we can notify our supplier as soon as possible.
  • While we will do our best to accommodate changes, requests made after 24 hours may not be able to be updated, as orders may have already entered production or processing stages.

Cancellation Policy

  • Please note that all online orders are immediately placed into our production schedule and cannot be cancelled once submitted.
  • Due to our efficient production process, we are unable to make any cancellations to orders after they have been placed.
  • Please ensure to review your order carefully before submitting it, as we cannot accommodate any cancellations once the order has been received.
