SECTION 3 — ORDERS & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

By placing an order with Kingdom Culture Apparel, you confirm that:

  • All order information provided is accurate and complete;
  • Shipping details, contact information, garment selections, sizing, and quantities have been carefully reviewed prior to payment;
  • You are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Orders placed online may enter processing shortly after being submitted and may not be modified or cancelled once production has commenced.

If you notice an error with your order or shipping information, please contact Kingdom Culture Apparel within 24 hours so we can attempt to notify our fulfilment partner before production begins. While we will do our best to accommodate requested changes, modifications submitted after this timeframe may not be possible.

Kingdom Culture Apparel reserves the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion.

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without notice.

Unless otherwise stated:

Kingdom Culture Apparel works with trusted third-party production and fulfilment partners to print, pack, and dispatch certain orders on our behalf.

Shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Freight carriers;
  • Supplier stock shortages;
  • Customs processing;
  • Weather events;
  • Technical issues;
  • Or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Once orders have been dispatched, delivery responsibility transfers to the freight carrier. However, nothing in these Terms excludes rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
