Production & Fulfilment
Kingdom Culture Apparel works with trusted third-party production and fulfilment partners to print, pack, and dispatch orders on our behalf.
As a result:
- Packaging, sender information, or tracking updates may reference our fulfilment or production partners.
- Production and dispatch timeframes may vary depending on supplier stock availability and production capacity.
- While we carefully select our fulfilment partners, delivery timeframes cannot be guaranteed once orders have been dispatched.
Production Timeframes
At Kingdom Culture Apparel, we strive to have all orders fulfilled as efficiently as possible while maintaining high-quality production standards.
Standard Production:
- 7 business days production + shipping
- Standard production orders are typically completed within 7 business days, however some orders may be dispatched sooner.
Delivery Options
We currently offer:
- International Shipping
- Standard Shipping
- Australia Post Express Shipping
Estimated Shipping Timeframes
Please note that shipping estimates begin after production has been completed.
- International Shipping: Production time + approximately 15–25 business days
- Standard Shipping: Production time + approximately 7 business days
- Australia Post Express Shipping: Production time + approximately 2 business days
- Click & Collect: Available once production is complete
Shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to:
- Courier delays
- Peak periods
- Weather conditions
- Customs processing
- Supplier stock availability
- Circumstances outside of our control
Order Information & Address Changes
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details, contact information, and order information are correct at checkout.
If you notice an error with your shipping address or order details, please contact Kingdom Culture Apparel within 24 hours of placing your order so we can notify our fulfilment partner as soon as possible.
While we will do our best to accommodate changes, requests made after 24 hours may not be able to be updated, as orders may have already entered production or processing stages.
Delivery Responsibility
Once an order has been dispatched:
- Responsibility for delivery transfers to the freight carrier.
- Freight carriers operate independently from Kingdom Culture Apparel and our fulfilment partners.
- Delivery drivers are not required to contact customers prior to delivery.
While we aim to meet all estimated production and delivery timeframes, Kingdom Culture Apparel cannot guarantee shipping timeframes and is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Freight carriers
- Third-party fulfilment providers
- Supplier stock shortages
- Technical shipping issues
- Weather events
- Customs processing
- Circumstances outside of our reasonable control
Authority to Leave (ATL)
If Authority to Leave (ATL) is selected or authorised:
- Parcels may be left unattended at the delivery address.
- Kingdom Culture Apparel accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or missing parcels where tracking confirms successful delivery.
Lost, Missing, or Damaged Parcels
Kingdom Culture Apparel cannot be held liable for parcels lost or damaged while in transit with third-party freight carriers.
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, customers should:
- Contact the freight carrier directly and submit an enquiry through their website.
- Notify Kingdom Culture Apparel so we may assist by lodging an additional enquiry where possible.
Please note:
- Freight investigations may take 4+ weeks depending on the carrier.
- Replacement or refund requests relating to shipping issues can only be considered once the freight carrier officially declares the parcel as “lost”.
- Most freight carriers only accept investigations within 30 days of dispatch. Customers are responsible for reporting missing deliveries within this timeframe.
Shipping Delays & Refunds
Shipping delays, freight carrier delays, or supplier stock delays do not entitle customers to a refund where Kingdom Culture Apparel and its fulfilment partners have fulfilled production and dispatch obligations.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Reviewing all order details carefully before payment
- Providing accurate shipping and contact information
Payment for an order confirms acceptance of all approved proofs, production details, shipping information, and Kingdom Culture Apparel’s Terms & Conditions.
Orders submitted online enter production shortly after being placed and may not be cancelled once processing has commenced.
