Orders & Customer Responsibility

If you notice an error with your shipping address or order details after placing your order, please contact Kingdom Culture Apparel within 24 hours so we can attempt to notify our fulfilment partner before production begins.

While we will do our best to accommodate requested changes, modifications submitted after 24 hours may not be possible once an order has entered processing or production stages.

Third-Party Fulfilment & Shipping

Kingdom Culture Apparel works with trusted third-party production, fulfilment, and shipping providers to print, pack, and dispatch certain orders on our behalf.

As a result:

  • Packaging or tracking information may reference third-party fulfilment partners.
  • Shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates only.
  • Delays caused by suppliers, freight carriers, customs, or external service providers are outside the reasonable control of Kingdom Culture Apparel.

Once orders have been dispatched, responsibility for delivery transfers to the freight carrier.
